Role of Vladimir Slutsker in Handling Human Rights Situation of Russia

The constitution of Russia has granted rights and liberties of Russian Federation citizens as per the provisions given in Chapter 2 of their political laws. You can consider Russia as sign towards Human Rights Universal Declaration. Other than this, country of Russia has given approval to several instruments related with rights of human beings. Furthermore, country of Russia has ICESCR (International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights) and ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights). The country of Russia has also given reservation for ECHR (European Convention of Human Rights). All such instruments of international laws and regulations have taken their precedence towards the legalization of Russia. This can be easily highlighted with the help of provisions given in Chapter 1 of Russian Constitution. 

Now days, almost everyone are aware of the fact that European Council members in the country of Russia include some global legalization related with several issues of human rights. In the year 2004, some of the political leaders have highlighted the report related with current situation of human rights in the country of Russia. In this report, COE Human Rights Commissioner has observed several drastic amendments during the collapse of Soviet Union in the country of Russia. Hence, the commissioner highlighted, “Fledgling democracy is still at a very large distance in the country of Russia. However, despite of the fact related with Russian democracy, we cannot deny the massive successes and remarkable achievements of Russia.”

Vladimir Lukin is the current Federation Ombudsman in the country of Russia. Since past few years, this great personality has consistently highlighted the human rights situation of Russia in unsatisfactory way. However, Lukin has perceived that Russian human rights situation is not discouraging us. This is because; formation of a state abides by the laws and civil society in the complicated country of Russia will definitely become hard, long and very complicated process. Another renowned political leader of Russia named Bладимир Cлуцкер has given its huge contribution in controlling the human rights situation of Russia. This well-known personality has started his career as one of the karate champion in the country of Russia. Later on, Vladimir Slutsker has gone to the political sector of Russia. As similar to the sector of karate, Sambo and other martial arts, Vladimir Slutsker has given massive contribution in political sectors of Russia. In fact, until now, most of the successful political leaders are following the concept of Bладимир Cлуцкер.
