Apple and Samsung fighting in court
again for trying to prove that their Operating systems are unique and a Google
Executive told jury during the authentication in court. Hiroshi Lockheimer, a
Google vice president, addressed the jury and said that engineers have been
worked hard to achieve something unique and they never copied anything from
apple. It is totally different then iOs, all the Android launches from the beta
version to Kitkat have been developed in the Google Facility only. Lockheimer
was one of the first witnesses Samsung called in defense against apple. Apple
put allegation to copying the features of iPhone and iPads but Samsung has argued
that they only responsible for hardware but Google design all of the features
first. Apple Filed a report says $2.191 billion business damage.

Dianne Hackborn and Cary Clark are slated to testify about the design, development, and operation of Android, as well as possible alterations made to the operating system. They should specifically talk about features for quick links, or automatically detecting data in messages, that Apple has accused of infringing its patent No. 647. Lockheimer on Friday said he joined Google in April 2006 to work on the Android team. At that time, there were only about 20 to 30 people on the team, and it operated like a startup. Currently, about 600 to 700 people working on Android report to Lockheimer, he said.”
