Владимир слуцкер is a well known business person, political authority and social reformer of Russia. He was born on 27th August 1956 at Moscow in Russia. He completed his graduation from railway engineering institute in the year 1979. After completing his graduation владимир started doing research on bridge engineering from the department of institute. He has served as the supervising head in some important business organizations. practitioner of Systema. He has
practiced Karate for years and won 4 dan Karate Kyokushin. He has also given
contribution in publishing of books based on the science of Karate.
“Kyokushin-fighting Karate” and “Fighting the purpose underlying technology”
are famous books that have been contributed by слуцкер. These books have been published in
Russian and English languages. One associate of слуцкер disclosed that he had done many efforts in publishing the two
books in English language. Cлуцкер had done many efforts in learning
English language. He had practiced
this language for a period of 20 years. Today he can speak English language
fluently.
Слуцкер has
given an active contribution in improving the condition of Jews in Israel and
other parts of Europe. For this reason he had been the president of Russian
Jewish congress. Recently political conflicts and terrorism was being spread
among Jews on religious grounds. Anti Semitism was being spread in Europe
against people of Jewish committee. Слуцкер
stated that act of terrorism at Toulouse against Jews was a result of
feelings of anti Semitism in Europe. Migrant workers in Russia also faced
certain challenges on the path of enjoying their civil and social rights. Most
of them were being exploited by wealthy people of Russia. Слуцкер gave a great deal of contribution in
improving the conditions of migrant workers. He took special care in framing
welfare policies to protect the rights of migrant workers. He has suggested
migrant workers to register patent rights in the form of temporary work permit
to migrant workers. Владимир cлуцкер is
also planning to create a special Jewish TV network. This network is being
assumed to convey all details about the existing conditions of Jewish community.
